Summary

Our Advanced Trimix mixer is developed for technical diving, and is able to do a controlled mix of helium and oxygen to a compressor intake. The gas limits are 40% oxygen and up to 80% of Helium or higher depending on the compressor. 

The mixer has all it takes to make safe, accurate and easy gas. This is acomblished by the TFT 5.7" color touch screen, which has a lot of easy-to-access features. 

The mixer is the only system on the market that offers continues trimix "that advanced", "that simpel" and "that safe". 

Features

DiveGas Advance Trimix©  functions: 

• Oxygen and Helium mixing tube for connecting to the intake of the filling plant / compressor.
• Oxygen and Helium mixing valve and oxygen safety valve.
• 2 pcs. Oxygen sensors, one for measurement and one for control measurement of the mixture.
• 1 pcs. Helium sensor for the measurement of added helium.
• Relay output for start and stop of the compressor.
• Input for compressor operation signal, 24VDC, 24VAC, 120VAC or 230VAC.
• Power Supply, 100VAC to 240VAC.
• Log in, in five levels.
• Data Bank for 50 users, expandable to 100 users.
• TFT color 5.7 "touch screen operated controller, with DiveGas.eu trimix © software.
• Input for pressure measurement. Pressure measurement displayed on the controller and the compressor stops when the desired pressure is reached.
• Recording of the last 20 charges with: user, mix, date, time and runtime.
• Maintenance / monitoring alarms and hour counters.
• MOD calculator for desired mix, and MOD calculator with adjustable pO2 0.5 to 1.6 bar.
• Input for external alarm, for example safety pressure switch, oxygen generator / membrane systems, etc.
• Output for external alarm, for example horn or lamp.
